Title : Bhudakattu Samskrithi Year : 2011 ಸಂಪಾದಕರ ನುಡಿ (ಕಿಕ್ಕೇರಿ ನಾರಾಯಣ)           ಒಂದಾನೊಂದು ಕಾಡು ಆ ಕಾಡಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಹಾಡಿ. ಆ ಹಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ ಸುಖ-ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಬಾಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾಡು ಹಸಿರು ತುಂಬಿ ಹಣ್ಣು , ಕಾಯಿ, ಜೇನು ಮುಂತಾದುವುಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿ ತುಳುಕುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ವಸಂತಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಹಾಡಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಹಕ್ಕಿ ಬಂದು, ಮರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಹಾಡುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಹಾಡಿಯ ಜನ ಆ ಹಕ್ಕಿಯ ಬರುವಿಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆ ಹಕ್ಕಿಯ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಹಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು , ಕುಣಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಆ ಹಕ್ಕಿ ಬರಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕಾದು ಕಾದು ಸಾಕಾಗಿ ಹಬ್ಬ ನಡೆಯಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಡು ಹಾಡಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಹಣ್ಣು, ಕಾಯಿ,…
